For distributors
Wholesale distribution software for orders, deliveries and retailer credit
Your sales reps take orders from retailers on their phones, the warehouse confirms and delivers them, and every delivery updates stock, the retailer's balance and your books in one step.

What you get
Phone-first order taking
Reps pick a retailer, tap products by category, type quantities and send. They can repeat a retailer's last order and add a new retailer on the spot.
Wholesale prices and channels
Give each product its own wholesale price, and choose whether it is sold in the shop, through wholesale, or both.
Order queue and approval
Managers see every submitted order, confirm or cancel it, and track what is still to deliver.
Partial deliveries
Deliver an order in several trips. Amounts always add up exactly to the order total, to the cent.
Credit or cash on delivery
Put a delivery on the retailer's account within their credit limit, or mark it paid on the spot.
Tax invoices and statements
Download an A4 tax invoice with your logo for every delivery, and a statement of what each retailer owes.

Questions
Can my reps use their own phones?
Yes. The order screen is built for phones and runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install. A rep only sees the wholesale ordering screens.
Does an order reduce stock straight away?
No. An order only records what the retailer asked for. Stock goes down, and the sale is posted to the books, when the goods are delivered.
Can I run a shop and a wholesale business together?
Yes. The Business plan includes the POS, inventory, accounting and wholesale, all sharing the same stock and books.
